Summer Camp 2018 Reflections:
AND CUT...It’s a wrap. Last week was the conclusion of the 2018 NPG Summer Reading Camp. The students engaged in many exciting activities to wrap-up the week. On Tuesday, they attended “Winnie The Pooh” at the Alliance Theatre. On Friday, the students enjoyed their End of the Year Summer Reading Camp Celebration. The day started with celebrating our students’ achievements at the certificate ceremony and ended with a fun filled day at Stone Mountain Park. A big thank you goes out to all the students, parents and volunteers for a great 2018 NPG Summer Reading Camp. We are looking forward to NPG Summer Reading Camp 2019!
NPG Summer Reading Camp
( Designed for rising 3rd-5th graders)
June 4th- June 22nd
On your mark, get set, ready, READ! This past week, NPG kicked off our Summer Reading Camp. Students had the opportunity to listen to engaging stories, participate in hands on activities, and practice standard based reading skills. Also, at the end of the week, students explored their local public library. Each student signed up for the Summer Reading Program and enjoyed reading a book based on personal interest.

Free summer breakfast will be available to children ages 18 and younger. Please call the church in advance at 404-288-5675 if you are bringing more than three participants, we may not be able to immediately accommodate large groups. Please spread the word to family, friends, and community members as we work together to provide all children with a nutritious breakfast this summer.
